New versatile mono-material range for cosmetic packaging
Quadpack presented a full range of mono-material cosmetics packaging with recyclable materials. The five products comprise aluminum, polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PET) designs and two refill formats.

Quadpack presented a new range of mono-material cosmetic packaging solution.
These boast the Advanced level of sustainability, according to Quadpack’s positive-impact packaging ratings system. A full report is available for each one, based on life-cycle assessments of their environmental impact.
The versatile range is all top-filling and compatible with standard filling lines. It supports different types of formulas, from lip color to blush, concealer and solid fragrance.
Named to reflect the elegance of tall, iconic architectural structures, the range includes:
Oculus: This refillable aluminum lipstick with refill PET cap delivers a balanced 50/50 ratio and easy refilling process.
Menara: Available with up to 50% PCR PP, the PP construction offers high compatibility, allowing its application for a variety of skincare, makeup and solid fragrance products.
Kouros: Made entirely of PET, with 90/10 proportion, it can include up to 50% PCR PET.
Reforma: Featuring a 50/50 design, it is made of PET and can include up to 50% PCR PE. With a slant tips that allow precise application on face, it fits for creamy formulas.
Emerald: Its cylindrical variant includes a unique twist-and-lock refill mechanism and a HDPE refill cap. All variants can contain up to 100% rPET.
