The SimpliCycle valve is designed to provide precise and hygienic product dispensing while enhancing packaging sustainability.

SimpliCycle provides ease and function by streamlining mechanical recycling. Comprised of low-density thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), the valves float during the sorting process, separating them for the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) stream.

From there, they are recycled in the polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) stream. When assembled into a compatible Aptar closure, SimpliCycle creates a fully recyclable solution for use with PET, PE or PP containers.

SimpliCycle yields exemplary flow control and consistent flow rate, which ensures dispensing precise amounts of product. Clean product cut off avoids drips, leaks or spills during product use while inverted storage compatibility helps users utilize entire content of each package.

The valve received approval from various organizations regarding its recyclability and sustainability, including RecyClass and the Association of Plastic Recyclers (APR). It also received awards regarding its sustainable design in 2021 and 2022.
