2. Technical advantages

Soft masterbatch： The non-woven fabric can reach the softening peak within 2 hours after use. (the average time in the industry is 24-72 hours)

Light-proof masterbatch:  Successfully applied to YILI Chunzhen bottle caps to achieve lightproof effect, without using traditional TiO2 techniques.

Non-spraying coating PP:  High gloss effect without spraying process.

High gloss, easily shaped, scratch-resistant.

PP used for furniture edging:  Lightweight and wear-resistant, environmentally friendly and odorless, heat-resistant and chemically resistant

Cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancement:  The weight of the Wrigley’s chewing gum bottle has been reduced from 15.4g to 8.5g through our inorganic filling technology. Costs are reduced by over 50%.

3. R&D capabilities

We conduct over 5 R&D projects annually, with a conversion rate exceeding 60%. The cumulative number of formulas has surpassed 2500.

Production and certification

1. Production base

With a total area of 25000 square meters, equipped with 30 advanced twin-screw extrusion production lines, the annual production capacity reaches 30000 tons.

2. Newly-formulated plans

A 10000-square-meter digital workshop has been invested and constructed in 2024, to further expand into the fields of food packaging and medical & health materials.

3. Certificates

Our company has attained certificates of ISO9001, ISO14001, our products has obtained FDA certification, met environmental requirements such as EN71, REACH, etc.
