In the final stage to the official market launch of Elmet’s new TOP 700 LSR dosing system, Trelleborg received the new system for testing.

As Elmet’s development and test partner, Trelleborg carries out comprehensive practical testing under real conditions in Stein am Rhein, Switzerland, two months before the planned market launch of the dosing system.

The TOP 700 features compactness, process stability, energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness. It is specially designed for demanding applications in the medical technology, and food and optics sectors. The system also meets the strict requirements of the FDA and EMA.

With its compact design, TOP 700 positioned itself as the smallest 20-liter system on the market, while meeting the needs for efficiency and process stability in the industry. The emphasis on high precision when dosing silicones and additives is in line with Elmet’s high standard established with its flagship TOP 7000 Pro dosing system.
