WITTMANN to show off highly efficient injection molding technologies at CHINAPLAS
At CHINAPLAS 2025, WITTMANN BATTENFELD China will showcase a selection of products in the area of injection molding machinery, as well as robots and auxiliary parts.
At WITTMANN’s booth, visitors can see its product portfolio starting with an all-electric EcoPower 110/350 and including a servo-hydraulic SmartPower 120, as well as a MicroPower 15/10 specially designed for injection-molding micro parts. These machines all stand out by their unparalleled energy efficiency, precision and repeatability.

Automation and auxiliaries
For robots and auxiliary appliances, the parts connected to the machines and stand-alone solutions will both be exhibited.
WITTMANN’s range of granulators will be represented by the screenless granulators from the S-Max series. Highlight will be the newly presented S-Max primus 2, in which special attention has been paid to the needs of and benefits for Asian plastics processors during its development stage.

The S-Max primus 2 offers technical advantages, such as a large drop-in opening (380 x 500 mm), a spray curtain inside the sound-insulated feed chute, a toothed roller powered by an 0.75 kW motor with 5 mm tooth form and two breakers mounted on it to crush sprue in advance.
Depending on individual requirements, the granulator can be adapted by adding some optional extras, such as a filling level indicator with visual and acoustic display.
For the robots, WITTMANN BATTENFELD will show several locally produced models, including a W918S and a W918TS (each with a load capacity of 6 kg), a W928TS with 12 kg payload, and a W948T with a maximum payload of 20 kg. The S robot models with a sub-arm driven by a servo motor are frequently used for 3-platen molds especially in China.
A range of temperature controllers will also be showcased. Using the Tempro basic series as an example, the difference will be demonstrated between temperature controllers with direct cooling and consequently high cooling rates as required for large molds, represented by the Tempro basic C120 on the one hand, and an appliance with indirect cooling, a Tempro basic C140, on the other hand.
A Tempro plus D180 dual-circuit appliance and a Tempro plus D200 for high-temperature applications with a touch operating panel and multiple options for interfaces will round off the range of exhibits.

For flow controllers, exhibits include not only the universally known flow controllers with floats for flow rates ranging from 10 to 30 l/min, but also a representative example of digital flow monitoring with an appliance from the WFC series. The WFC is a device for monitoring both flow rates and temperature, equipped with a maintenance-free flow measurement unit.

Additionally, WITTMANN will showcase an Aton segmented wheel dryer, delivering the constant dew point behavior required for the local market, as well as a Card 10S compressed air dryer, which constitutes a low-cost solution for small material throughput rates.
The company will also demonstrate its expertise in dosing technology by showing a volumetric Dosimax and a gravimetric Gravimax 14 blender. The ultimate precision and the monitored real-time dosing of the appliances from the Gravimax series effectively prevent overdosing of expensive materials, thus optimizing both costs and product quality.
