33,200 kN clamping force & 2.8 m mold space: NEO·M3320s for larger molds, complex structures
The latest generation of EVs requires increasingly sophisticated plastic components, such as large optical parts, full-width lighting covers, and integrated front grilles. These applications demand larger molds, more complex structures, and highly stable rotary systems.
Developed specifically for BYD, the NEO·M3320s delivers a clamping force of 33,200 kN, a mold space of up to 2.8 meters, and a rotary table capable of supporting molds weighing up to 56 tons. This enables the production of large-scale, high-complexity automotive components while meeting stringent requirements for precision and productivity.

SpinSure-H horizontal rotary table for large-scale precision molding
Achieving both stability and precision in ultra-large injection molding equipment presents significant engineering challenges. To address these demands, the NEO·M3320s incorporates Tederic’s proprietary SpinSure-H horizontal rotary table technology, providing ample rotational space for oversized molds.
The innovative dual-point upper and lower support structure significantly enhances rotational rigidity and resistance to overturning, ensuring smooth and accurate movement of molds weighing up to 56 tons. The result is reliable operation and precise positioning throughout the molding process.

For precision control, the machine adopts a dual-servo closed-loop drive system, delivering rotary positioning accuracy within 0.05° and repeatability of ±0.05 mm.
It can also be equipped with Tederic’s CoinSure Injection Compression Molding Technology, offering compression control accuracy of 0.05 mm and supporting multiple compression modes. This process effectively reduces internal stress and weld lines, improves dimensional stability and optical quality, and facilitates thinner, lighter-weight product designs.
Supporting smart manufacturing
Powered by a KEBA intelligent control system, the NEO·M3320s supports the OPC UA Industry 4.0 communication protocol, enabling seamless integration with MES and other factory automation systems.
Its modular injection unit design accommodates various screw configurations and can be expanded to support three-color and multi-color molding processes, providing exceptional flexibility for future production requirements.
Expanding Tederic’s multi-component injection molding portfolio
As part of its strategic collaboration with BYD, Tederic has also delivered the NEO·M4000v, recognized as one of the world's largest vertical turntable multi-color injection molding machines, as well as the NEO·M1920v large-scale three-color machine with electric injection units.
Together, these solutions form a comprehensive portfolio of multi-component injection molding equipment tailored for demanding automotive manufacturing applications.
Looking ahead, Tederic will continue to advance large-scale, high-precision, and intelligent injection molding technologies across key industries including electric vehicles, automotive components, packaging, and medical manufacturing, delivering innovative molding solutions to customers worldwide.
