In response to global industry demands for higher production efficiency and reduced maintenance costs, Oerlikon HRSflow has launched its innovative EYEgate HRS, a breakthrough end ring solution for the MULTIflow HRS multi-cavity system. This advanced technology delivers superior gate quality and extended service life across diverse applications.

 

The compact EYEgate HRS features a precisely engineered diameter ranging from Ø3.0 to Ø3.5 mm, offering manufacturers exceptional space efficiency without compromising performance.

The EYEgate HRS features a precisely engineered diameter ranging from Ø3.0 to Ø3.5 mm, offering manufacturers exceptional space efficiency without compromising performance.

 

Its sophisticated pin guide system maintains perfect alignment between pin and gate throughout operation, dramatically improving durability while enabling precise material injection even in complex mold geometries and challenging gate locations. Compatible with both Sp and Tp nozzle series, the solution supports applications with shot weights up to 20 grams.

 

Mold manufacturers stand to gain significant advantages from this innovation. The integrated gate design eliminates separate machining requirements, streamlining the production process and reducing lead times. When maintenance becomes necessary, the end ring can be quickly replaced without the need for costly cavity insert reworking, a feature that minimizes downtime and keeps production lines running efficiently.
