As a global leader in high-performance engineering plastics, EMS-GRIVORY develops and produces high-performance polyamides, marketed under the brands Grivory, Grilamid, and Grilon. These products are widely used in automotive, industrial consumer goods, electronics, optics, medical devices, and packaging industries.

Grivory HT is a semi-crystalline, aromatic high-performance material based on polyphthalamide (PPA), offering excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and mechanical properties. Its unique manufacturing process ensures superior stiffness and strength at temperatures up to 140°C, outperforming materials like PPS and PEEK. It is an ideal metal replacement, enabling significant cost, weight, and energy savings.

Grivory HT ensures superior stiffness and strength at temperatures up to 140°C.

Grivory HT6 High Heat excels in long-term strength and creep resistance under high temperatures and loads. After 10,000 hours of aging at 150°C, its creep modulus is 165% higher than standard PPA. It is ideal for demanding applications such as automotive clutch systems, gears, engine components, and industrial consumer goods.

Grivory GV is a partially aromatic, semi-crystalline polyamide with high stiffness, low moisture absorption, excellent dimensional stability, and chemical resistance. Suitable for injection molding and extrusion, it is widely used in industrial applications for technical components requiring superior surface quality and mechanical performance.

Medical grade polyamide Grilamid TR & Grivory GV/HTV are compliant with USP VI and ISO 10993 standards. They offer excellent resistance to high-temperature steam, chemicals, and stress cracking, making them ideal for medical devices and packaging. Their superior toughness and fatigue resistance provide reliable solutions for the healthcare industry.
