World premiere at K: Kautex to unveil new full-electric blow molding machine
At K 2025, Kautex Maschinenbau will present its broad machine portfolio, from proven platforms to future-ready solutions. Its highlight will be the world premiere of new KEB20 GREEN, a fully electric, compact, and energy-efficient blow molding machine.

KEB series blow molding machine from Kautex.
“At Kautex, we don’t start with the machine – we start with our customers’ product. From there, we build systems that are modular, smart, and proven in the field. That’s our promise: Engineered Around You,” said Guido Langenkamp, Product Portfolio Manager at Kautex.
The KEB20 GREEN embodies this philosophy:
All-electric and resource-saving – significantly reduced energy consumption
Compact design – quick mold changes and modular setup
Digital upgrades – including DataCap and Ewon Box for process optimization and remote support
Integrated automation – from cooling to quality control
At the K fair, visitors to Kautex’s booth will see KEB20 GREEN in real production with W.Müller die head S2/160-260 P-PE ReCo and SFDR unit by Feuerherm as a partner showcase.
“With the KEB20 GREEN, we demonstrate how 90 years of experience connect with cutting-edge technology. Our customers can count on us to preserve what works – while boldly building what’s next,” explained Eike Wedell, CEO of Kautex.
Beyond the KEB20 GREEN, Kautex will showcase the breadth of its portfolio, from the compact KEB series and high-speed KBB machines to large-scale systems for industrial packaging and composite applications.
With Jwell Machinery Group as its new owner, Kautex also gains access to an even wider technology and component base.
“We are still Kautex – just stronger. With Jwell as our partner, we can develop faster, act globally, and stay close to our customers at the same time,” said Haichao He, President of Jwell.
