The technology reduces freshwater use by up to 68% per vehicle, lowers CO2‑equivalent emissions by approximately 8% and improves material efficiency by up to 20%, while meeting stringent safety and regulatory requirements.

Continuous successful deployments across OEM production lines in China as well as globally confirm the tangible results of CathoGuard 800RE. Customer trials and line data validate the water savings, material efficiency gains and reduced process costs.
