Strategic realignment at Nexus
Nexus Elastomer Systems GmbH is repositioning itself as part of a strategic realignment. The company is now fully owner-managed. At the same time, Nexus Elastomer Molds GmbH was being taken over by Trelleborg.
These steps enable both companies to position themselves clearly, strengthen their respective strategic orientation and create reliable conditions for sustainable growth.

Nexus Elastomer Systems: Fully owner-managed with expanded management team
Nexus Elastomer Systems GmbH is reorganizing itself in terms of its structure and organization. The company will be managed by its founder Dietmar Waizenauer together with a newly appointed management team, Andreas Wurm and Simon Ransmayr.
“The new management team combines experience, continuity and new inspiration. As an owner-managed company, we can make decisions faster, act in a more focused manner and consistently pursue our strategic goals,” said Dietmar Waizenauer.

Together with his team, founder Dietmar Waizenauer works on tailored customer solutions for LSR mixing and dosing systems.
Andreas Wurm added that the team’s focus is on sustainable growth, technological development and the consistent strengthening of the company’s core business.
“Our corporate DNA, characterized by a spirit of innovation, customer focus and corporate responsibility, remains the foundation of our actions,” emphasized Simon Ransmayr.
Nexus Elastomer Molds: Acquired by Trelleborg
At the same time, Nexus Elastomer Molds GmbH has been acquired by Trelleborg through its Trelleborg Sealing Solutions division and will continue to operate as an independent company within the group.
