Syensqo joins MedTech Innovator to support next generation medical device innovation
Syensqo announced that it has joined MedTech Innovator (MTI), a non-profit global accelerator for medical device, digital health and diagnostic companies.
“Innovation thrives across the healthcare ecosystem, from startups to established leaders, and early development is where great ideas take shape. Through MedTech Innovator, we’re expanding how we support innovators, sharing deep polymer know-how, application experience, and data-driven guidance to help emerging companies reach their product goals and ultimately improve patient care,” said Natalie Dragunat, Global Marketing Manager at Syensqo.
With a mission to improve patients’ lives, MTI has supported more than 800 startups since 2013, connecting innovators with a broad ecosystem across the medtech industry.
By joining MTI, Syensqo is strengthening its engagement with the startup medical device community, bringing its materials and application expertise closer to early-stage development, where design decisions can have an outsized impact on performance, manufacturability, and time-to-market.
As a partner, Syensqo joins MTI at every critical inflection point, from reviewing 1,800+ applications, to engaging with 200+ startup pitches at the Radar Forum and virtual Radar pitches, participating in the Innovator Summit kickoff in June, supporting virtual accelerator programming, and connecting at the Finals Competitions in October.
Syensqo delivers one of the industry’s most comprehensive portfolios of medical-grade thermoplastics and implantable biomaterials, supporting applications from critical medical devices and equipment to long-term implantable devices. The company’s renowned Radel PPSU and Udel PSU have proved their exceptional durability, strength and sterilization resistance to the global market. Solviva Biomaterials – including Zeniva PEEK, Eviva PSU, and Veriva PPSU – enable lightweight, radiolucent solutions for advanced implant applications.
