Mobility: Supporting automotive evolution
LyondellBasell helps automakers advance both EV and ICE platforms with material solutions that improve performance, safety, lightweighting, design flexibility and circularity across key vehicle systems.
At CHINAPLAS, LyondellBasell is collaborating with Li Auto and InResst to launch an ocean recycling co-creation initiative, focused on developing high-value automotive materials from recycled marine waste fishing gear.

LyondellBasell’s solutions help enhance product protection, freshness and shelf appeal. They can also be tailored using custom colors, special effects and functional processing additives.
In China, LyondellBasell is working with Hebei Hongmaozhi Cap Co., Ltd. to support advanced materials for beverage closures and packaging applications that meet performance, quality and efficiency requirements.

Consumer goods: Supporting durability and performance in everyday living
LyondellBasell provides durable material solutions that support long service life, operational reliability and efficiency in everyday applications ranging from luggage and home appliances to pipes, wire and cable.
At the booth, LYB highlights its ongoing collaboration with Samsonite, where mechanically recycled CirculenRecover polymers are used in Samsonite’s Octolite Neo luggage collection for the APAC and Middle East markets.
