From Startup to Stable Trial Production in Just 10 Months
After the company was established in April 2023, the project was launched in May, full construction conditions were in place by August, and infrastructure works were completed in December. Equipment installation and commissioning followed in January 2024, and stable trial production officially started on February 5, 2024. In only 10 months, DSP completed the leap from concept to industrial operation, becoming China’s first industrialized PCTFE enterprise.
Integrated Supply Capability for High-End Applications
DSP has built an integrated system coveringR&D, design, production and sales, while also providing overall processing solutions for fluoropolymer products. The company supplies PCTFE in multiple forms, including granules, powders, films, sheets and rods, serving demanding sectors such as LNG station cryogenic sealing, semiconductor equipment components, aerospace and defense.
