Covestro and EMPTECH, a Chinese leading secure ID document system integrator and supplier of personalization equipment, announced a strategic partnership to jointly develop high-security ID document solutions, combining advanced personalization equipment with specialized material technologies.

The partnership has been formalized under a recently signed Memorandum of Understanding through which the companies will focus on delivering integrated solutions that meet stringent security standards for ID document projects in China and in emerging markets.
