UNITED CAPS has announced the appointment of Daniel Bruzzese as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective May 18, 2026, as part of the company’s continued organizational development and long-term growth strategy.

Daniel Bruzzese, Chief Technology Officer of UNITED CAPS.
Bruzzese brings extensive international experience to the role, with 25 years in the automotive industry and strong expertise in injection molding, product development, industrialization and the management of complex projects.
Throughout his career, he has held various technical and leadership positions across different organizations and countries, most recently serving as R&D Centre Director at Novares in China.
“I am joining UNITED CAPS at a particularly exciting stage of its development. I look forward to working closely with the teams across the organization to continue strengthening innovation, industrial performance and the development of increasingly advanced solutions for our customers,” said Daniel Bruzzese.
Strengthening growth with technology and innovation
The appointment comes as UNITED CAPS continues to expand internationally and further strengthen its growth strategy in response to increasing market complexity, higher customer expectations and the accelerating need for innovation and industrial performance.
Within the new organizational structure, several key technical and innovation-related functions, including R&D, industrialization, mold expertise, automation & engineering, and NPD project management, will be brought together under Bruzzese’s leadership, further strengthening UNITED CAPS’ technical capabilities and innovation focus across the company.
This development also clarifies UNITED CAPS’ organization around two key leadership areas: Manufacturing, led by Olivier Jaillot as Chief Manufacturing Officer, and Technology, led by Daniel Bruzzese as Chief Technology Officer, bringing together key innovation, industrialization, mold expertise and engineering-related activities under a strengthened technological leadership structure.
This marks another important step in UNITED CAPS’ ongoing efforts to strengthen technical expertise, accelerate innovation and support the company’s long-term international growth ambitions.
