At Interpack 2026, UNITED CAPS presents its new 27 H-PAK closure for a new level of flexibility in carton packaging applications.

Addressing limited options in established carton packaging systems

 

Many carton packaging often have to rely on a very limited set of closure system options. The 27 H-PAK addresses this challenge by offering a reliable alternative that fits into existing production setups without requiring significant changes.

 

UNITED CAPS’ solution focuses on compatibility and ease of integration. The closure integrates into established filling lines, offering a plug n’ place approach that supports fast implementation, maintaining production efficiency and higher flexibility in packaging development and sourcing.

 

Combining stable performance with practical usability

 

In use, the 27 H-PAK introduces practical improvements in handling. Its opening system supports smooth operation, with an opening angle of up to 150 degrees and a stable hinge design that ensures consistent performance both on the production line and in everyday use.

 

The closure works with both standard and aluminium-free carton complexes, supporting the industry’s gradual transition towards more sustainable packaging formats.

 

Exploring application-focused development at BETTER LAB

 

At Interpack 2026, the 27 H-PAK will feature alongside the UNITED CAPS BETTER LAB, an interactive space where visitors can pre-book dedicated sessions with UNITED CAPS experts to explore packaging challenges and solution approaches in a practical, application-focused setting.
