Songwon introduces first RSPO-certified product

Songwon Industrial announced that it has received a Certificate (MB Grade) from the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) for its SONGNOX 1076 phenolic antioxidant.

Issued in January 2026, the RSPO authorization document enables SONGWON to offer SONGNOX 1076 antioxidant as an RSPO-certified product option to customers. Trial quantities are expected from April 2026, with a market launch planned for the second half of the year.

With the launch of its first product meeting RSPO requirements, SONGWON positions itself as an early mover in providing RSPO solutions for the polymer additives market.

SONGNOX 1076 already features one of the lowest carbon footprints in its class and the availability of this RSPO-certified option represents an important further step toward more sustainable sourcing.

RSPO is a globally recognized, multi-stakeholder organization that promotes the growth and use of sustainable palm oil by developing and implementing credible global standards. This initiative forms part of SONGWON’s broader commitment to responsible sourcing and sustainable product development.
