iNOEX introduces compact radar measurement system for mono and dual-strand extrusion lines
With WARP 125, iNOEX introduces a compact radar measurement system for mono and dual-strand extrusion lines that is precisely tailored to the demands of modern pipe production: precision, efficiency, and flexibility.
After WARP 125’s successful premiere at K 2025, this system is now officially available.

iNOEX’s WARP 125.
WARP 125 uses 8 measuring points around the pipe circumference to capture wall thickness distribution, inner and outer diameter, ovality, and eccentricity. With a measuring range of 25 to 125 mm outer diameter and wall thicknesses from 2 mm, it covers applications from standard to specialty pipes.
A measuring frequency of 108 Hz and proven iNOEX radar technology ensure continuous and reliable process monitoring.
Its compact design reduces space requirements and simplifies integration into confined production environments, which is particularly suitable for companies modernizing or expanding their lines.
The modular design allows WARP 125 to be adapted to individual production needs and expanded with gravimetrics, thermal pipe head centering, and iNOEX control loops. Operation via intuitive WebIQ software on a 21” terminal enables simple handling and central control of complex processes.
Maintenance and adjustments during ongoing production also minimize downtime and increase system availability.
From water and sewage pipes to specialized industrial pipes, WARP 125 supports seamless quality control and process optimization through precise measurement and documentation of all relevant parameters.
It directly addresses typical industry pain points such as inaccurate measurements, complex operation, and high maintenance costs—making it a robust, future-proof investment.
