The KraussMaffei Group announces a change in the management of KraussMaffei Extrusion. Effective September 1, 2026, Ren Xinting will assume the role of Managing Director at KraussMaffei Extrusion in addition to his role as Managing Director of KraussMaffei China.

Ralf Benack, who as Managing Director of KraussMaffei Extrusion has played a decisive role in shaping the company’s further development since 2024, will step down at his own request effective August 31, 2026.

Customer focus, operational efficiency, and technological advancement
Under Ralf Benack’s leadership, KraussMaffei Extrusion has made significant progress in customer focus, operational efficiency, and technological advancement.
This includes a noticeable reduction in delivery times, the consistent expansion of the Technology Center in Laatzen – which features 26 testing lines – and the expansion of the technology portfolio.

Internal succession: Ren Xinting as Managing Director of KraussMaffei Extrusion
Ren Xinting has been leading KraussMaffei China for three years and is responsible for KraussMaffei’s business across all technologies in the Chinese and wider Asian market.
Prior to joining KraussMaffei, Ren Xinting served as Assistant General Manager at KraussMaffei Company Limited (now Sinochem Equipment Technology Qingdao Co.) and held various leadership positions in the chemical industry, most recently as General Manager of Shanxi China Coal Pingshuo Energy Chemical Co., Ltd.
