Mission Recyco: High-quality PCR material with traceable supply

Oct 2, 2026

Recycled plastics carry a credibility problem. Feedstock sources are often opaque, quality varies between batches, and few suppliers can document chain of custody. The result is that high-quality recycled material strugglesto compete with low-cost, low-standard alternatives, and brands hesitate to adopt PCR at scale.

Mission Recyco builds its business around closing that gap. The company's position is that recycled plastic should be a materials recovery process with standards, traceability, and consistent quality — not a downgrade.

A wide range of grades for various applications

Mission Recyco focuses on high-quality recycled plastics and modified PCR materials. Its process covers recovery, sorting, separation, and washing, followed by R&D and modification to control odor, color, and impurities. The output is a standardized product range rather than a variable commodity.

Product grades include r-PP, modified r-PP, r-HDPE, r-LLDPE, r-mLLDPE, r-PA, and r-PC/ABS. Processing methods cover injection molding, blown film, drawing, extrusion, and blow molding. Applications include daily packaging, industrial manufacturing, transport, construction, and home appliances.

A verified case: Outdoor garden tools

A European outdoor products brand needed a high-PCR modified polypropylene for outdoor garden tools. The requirements combined ESG and GRS compliance with UV resistance, color stability, and consistent physical properties.

Mission Recyco delivered a full solution covering feedstock selection, purification, and modification. Sampling was completed in three weeks, including three rounds of color matching and product aging tests, with mass production one month later.

Measured results:

‧ Color difference after 500 hours xenon-arc aging: ΔE<2.5ΔE<2.5

‧ Impact strength retention: >85%>85%

‧ Melt flow rate variation: within ±2±2 g/10min

‧ Batch-to-batch color difference in mass production: ΔE≤1.5ΔE≤1.5

After six months of cooperation, the customer moved its European molds to a domestic factory and signed a full strategic partnership, with around 20%20% overall cost reduction.

About the CRRE exhibitor

Mission Recyco's main production base is in the Fuyang National Circular Industry Park, Anhui: 278 mu total area, 150,000 tons of annual capacity, 50 extrusion lines, and 5,000 tons/day wastewater treatment capacity. The R&D team comes from first-tier Chinese modified-materials companies, and the company collaborates with Shanghai University. It is one of the first units to draft China's PCR traceability standard.
