At Fakuma 2026, Haitian will showcase two machines live – Haitian Jupiter two-platen series for automotive application and the 5th generation Zhafir Zeres F with caps & closures app.

Haitian Jupiter series

Haitian JU7500V produces a 254 g rear trunk lens from PMMA. The single-cavity application rans with a cycle time of 65 seconds. The servo-hydraulic two-platen machine is combined with Haitian auxiliary and an integrated robot cell, demonstrating a compact and reliable production solution for automotive applications.

Zhafir Zeres F series

Zhafir ZE3000F produces 24 HDPE caps in a cycle below 3 seconds. The electric packaging solution combines high speed with precise, stable operation and energy-efficient production. Integrated Smart Solutions peripherals and a Cap Watcher solution by Intravis provide automated handling and quality inspection for reliable high-volume production.
