W&H’s new CI flexographic printing press ONEFLEX.

The press combines a new platform architecture with improved accessibility, operator-friendly handling and a newly developed print deck designed for high print stability in demanding production environments.

At the heart of ONEFLEX is its new print deck. It is engineered to deliver excellent print stability and reliable performance at production speeds of up to 600 m/min. With printing widths of up to 1,650 mm, ONEFLEX also brings a format range to this segment that was previously reserved for W&H’s premium machine portfolio.

The press is available with 8 or 10 color decks, giving customers the flexibility to configure the machine around their production needs.

Safety and ease of operation were also central development priorities for ONEFLEX. CI flexo press is the safest printing press W&H has built to date, combining advanced safety features with improved accessibility, an operator-oriented layout and simplified handling throughout daily production.

For customers with even higher performance requirements, W&H will also offer ONEFLEX Ultimate. This high-performance configuration is designed for applications where the last percentages make the difference: with production speeds of up to 700 m/min, extended repeat length, enhanced print stability and additional exclusive technologies.
