FCS attracts onsite enquiries of US$3 million at K 2022

FCS showcased its power-saving two-component injection molding machine, FB-280R. The onsite exhibition model of FB-280R with periphery and mold was sold to a new customer from Turkey.

With maximum clamping force of 1,900 tons, the machine features rotary table controlled by a servo motor for a shortened rotary time of more than 50% with a more stable rotary speed switch and more precise positioning. It adopts a high efficiency double servo power system which has first-grade certification for power saving standards (≦0.40kw h/kg).

Besides, it is equipped with an accurate rotary positioning clamper to protect the mold. It has the design of two sets of core equipment on the rotary table and also consists of a cooling system in the molds.

The precision mold of two-color (also two-component) airtight food storage containers demonstrated high precision, high speed, and high stability molding technology of the FB-280R.

In addition to FB-280R, FCS and TienKang, a leader of footwear equipment, joined hands once again after TaipeiPLAS to promote “GENTREX midsole physical foaming technology”. Specifically, it uses MuCell physical foaming technology to develop thermoplastic elastic shoe midsole.

FCS presented diversified appearances of plastic rubber in the shoe midsole produced with this microcellular foaming technology for the injection molding industry.
