At CHINAPLAS 2023, Chen Hsong showcased two new additions to its MK6 series: the MK6 PRO professional edition and the MK6 max luxury edition, aiming to offer greater possibilities for injection molding production.

The machine was equipped with a single cavity for PC material product weighing around 175g and performed a 300-second cycle time. The energy-saving, efficient, and high-performance machine was designed to achieve the ultimate goal of 100% intelligent production.

Another one of Chen Hsong's new releases, the SPARK AE series all-electric injection molding machine, highlights four core patented technologies. It is paired with top precision components and includes a dedicated electric control system for all-electric injection molding machines. The company showcased an injection molding solution for medical application. A medical deep well plate featuring a single cavity with two outlets and a product weight of 85g, along with a molding cycle of approximately 36 seconds.

SPARK EH series: Five-in-One flagship model

The SPARK EH series is Chen Hsong's new flagship electric injection molding machine having with five key advantages: wide applicability, powerful performance, efficient control, precision and reliability, and energy-saving with noise reduction.

The machine combines ultra-high-speed injection for ultra-thin-walled products with high-pressure holding requirements for ultra-thick products. Its highly responsive dynamic servo system seamlessly integrates hardware and software, enhancing the machine’s energy-saving, comprehensiveness, productivity, and yield capabilities.

SPARK EH series: Five-in-One flagship model

This is a “super-thin LED grid screen” made of PC material produced by the SPARK EH series featuring a single cavity, an 18-second product cycle, and product weight of just 0.8g.
