Tederic's turnkey project delivered to US customers in the EV industry

The one-stop overall delivery project provided by Tederic integrates the Tederic NEO·H680 two-plate injection molding machine, vibration feeding of metal inserts, rapid sorting and positioning of SCARA robot, 6-axis industrial robot mold inserts and finished product takeup, and multiple robots interact and cooperate to complete the automatic production of complex inserts.

The highly automated injection process to avoid personnel interference and other unstable factors in the process, so that customer product stability is greatly guaranteed.

In the mold fast finished product take-up and a variety of metal parts of high precision one-time inserts, shorten the injection mold take-up time. In the process of injection molding, the sorting and pre-discharge of the next stage of inserts are carried out simultaneously, and the programming system is switched accurately to shorten the cycle time of injection molding.
