Frigel presents latest cooling and mold temperature control solutions at Fakuma

Microgel RSY SYNCRO Series

The Microgel SYNCRO product line offers more than 10 models, with cooling capacity for 16-56kW and heating capacity of 12-24kW.

Compared to traditional methods, Syncro control unit supplies cold water to the mold only in the cooling phase, which drastically reduces its duration. This series help increase productivity by 60% and its profitability.

Ecodry MDK Series

Frigel has expanded its Adiabatic product line by introducing Ecodry MDK range. The new range is designed to allow flexible configuration of modular adiabatic solutions for small to large plastic factories, replacing old cooling tower technology with such centralized closed-circuit adiabatic cooling systems.

MDK also takes advantages of some technological features in LDK range, including new efficient PADs, new generation of EC fans, modular design, and wide and deep configuration.

MDK is characterized by a high efficiency humidification system (COOLPAD) and a new generation of EC fans, combined with a more effective dry cooler, to obtain a new level of compactness in a powerful new adiabatic cooler product line.

The new MDK can be easily integrated into existing Ecodry 3DK systems in addition to responding to the new needs of industries, including energy efficiency, sustainability and saving raw resources.

Netgel 3PR 4.0

The Netgel 3PR 4.0 intelligent central system control platform provides complete control of Frigel central cooling systems. It meets the needs of processors to supervise and manage the entire cooling system from a single control point.

Full native connectivity to MiND and its new Human Machine Interface (HMI) offer outstanding user experience and compatibility, providing complete real-time control, and easy visualization of the connected equipment, dashboards for main parameters, performance graphs, alarm management and history.

All connected central system components are controlled through a unique control panel that specifically designed for Frigel systems.

The 3PR 4.0 product platform is available in two versions – Lite and Premium, depending on the size of system and equipment to control.

Netgel MiND

The Netgel MiND 2.0 monitoring platform provides a digital solution for companies to reach Industry 4.0 and Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) standards.

It is a supervision and maintenance tool for all Frigel equipment and accessories, enabling monitoring and management of all working parameters and events, registering performance, and energy consumption of every single cooling system component.

Thermogel TDK Series

Thermogel TDK Series is high precision single zone pressurized water TCUs. Frigel advances it with up to 120°C for applications in Automotive, Medical and any other Technical Molding sectors. 

The TDK units are fully adaptable to any molding condition and are equipped with reliable features and safeties to operate over the entire temperature range.

It allows complete process monitoring and data recording with flow meter options and connectivity to MiND or other Industry 4.0 architectures.

Microgel RS Series

The full range of Microgel RS for inection molding includes unique single zone (RSM) and dual zone (RSD) machine-side temperature control units. They are designed for molding throughputs ranging 10-240 kg/hr. 

The new range includes advancement in temperature accuracy over the entire control range of -5-90°C, functionalities, pumping performance and overall energy efficiency.

The range features additional configurations specifically designed for Packaging (RSP) and Extrusion (RSB). Options such as flowmeters, VFDs, return/remote temperature sensors enable full process control capability.
