ENGEL at NPE 2024: Technological innovations and customer focus

The new e-mac 1565/310 slim edition with compact design offers maximum mold installation space and high efficiency, as well as featuring a reduced and very compact carbon footprint.

At the exhibition, the machine demonstrated the production of bottle trays from regrind.

The hybrid e-speed 610/90 enables particularly high injection rates and pressures, which is ideal for high-performance applications. Its hybrid drive concept combines the advantages of electric and hydraulic drives, enabling high productivity and energy efficiency.

At the exhibition, ENGEL demonstrated the hybrid e-speed machine with a 4+4-cavity family stack mold, producing tamper-proof food containers and lids with in-mold labelling (IML).

ENGEL also showcased the tie-bar-less victory 330/85 with its quick mold change system. The tie-bar-less design maximizes the space for molds and facilitates access, which further shortens changeover times and improves operating efficiency.

It also featured an integrated RFID system, which enables automatic recognition and adjustment of machine settings.
