World’s first 3D-printed hotel under construction

The world’s first 3D-printed hotel and residences – El Cosmico – is under construction. El Cosmico, designed by the world-renowned BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group, is relocated and expanded to a 60+ acre property.
The development plan of El Cosmico includes guest accommodations, new hospitality programming, including a pool, bathhouse and restaurant, as well as private residences.
The new development is expected to be completed in 2026.
