Our company's newly developed PEEK, PPS and other special plastic thick plate and rod extrusion machine features a special dual-alloy material on the inner wall of the barrel and a special alloy steel material for the screw, which has excellent corrosion resistance. The screw thread design, pitch, depth and other parameters have been optimized, featuring good plasticization and stable extrusion. Advanced temperature control technology is adopted to ensure stable product performance and consistent quality. The PEEK and PPS products produced by this machine are widely used in aerospace, medical devices, automotive, semiconductor and other manufacturing industries.
