(K-interview) Haitian: Our advantage is the backup from the holding group
Haitain presented two European premieres at its booth of 670sqm for the K trade fair this year.
The electric Zhafir Zeres Multi Series in R-version (piggyback) was integrated into a production cell with in-house robotics. Meanwhile, the servo-hydraulic Haitian Mars K Series features high injection speed of up to 1,000 mm/s.
Another highlight is the Zhafir Zeres Series with integrated hydraulic and medical package. It is noteworthy that the machine has received certification for both the hardware and software.
In an online interview with Adsale Plastics Network (AdsaleCPRJ.com) during K 2022, talking about solutions for customers facing the energy crisis in Europe, Dominik Wiesner, Head of Marketing & Communications Europe, Haitian International Germany, remarked that a big competitive advantage of Haitian is the backup from holding company Haitian Group.
“Within the Haitian Group, we have most of core components manufacturing for our machines, and one of the most important core component in these times is the drive system.” Dominik Wiesner explained that the servo motors used in the injection molding machines are provided by Haitian Drives Systems and are with very low energy consumption.
He added that Haitian offers a wide range of electric machines up to 3,300 ton that cover a lot of applications. “Obviously, electric machines have a lower consumption in energy so they are in very high demand at this trade show, especially in combination with our own servo drive systems.”
At K 2022, Haitian also demonstrated the application of the intelligent energy control management function integrated with HMI, showing the real time energy consumption and efficiency of the machine exhibits.
In addition, Haitain also announced at the trade show that it will include more smart functions as standard features in its next generation of machines.
For the first time in Europe, Haitian Smart Solutions, another division of the Haitian Group, was introduced. All the machines at the company booth were integrated live into the MES of the division to show visitors all the processed data.
Commenting on the market trends, Dominik Wiesner said Haitian expects the medical sector will play a bigger role in Europe, and that is why the company showed the comprehensive medical machine at K.
From the perspective of Haitian, the packaging market will also increase while the automotive industry will be more stable in the region.
