原来汽车通风管是这样“吹"出来

形状不规则的汽车通风管,通过吹塑机即可生产出来。根据山东通佳机械有限公司介绍,整个通风管的生产过程大概为1分钟左右。

 

具体操作如下:首先将原料投入挤出机料斗内,经挤出机将原料熔融塑化,通过挤出机将熔融塑化的原料挤入储料缸内,吹针上移,经机头、口模共同压出料坯,由型坯壁厚控制系统控制料坯均匀压出,然后机器合模,吹气,保压冷却定型。定型完毕开模,吹针下移到原位,成型制品产出。最后切除飞边,检验。合格产品打包入库,次品、下角料经破碎机粉碎后重新投入挤出机料斗中再使用。
