ADNOC收购科思创：尽调完成，交易加速！

据外媒报道，阿布扎比国家石油公司（ADNOC）已基本完成了对科思创收购的尽职调查，为阿布扎比有史以来最大的收购交易铺平道路。
据了解，Adnoc最早可能在9月向科思创提出117亿欧元（130亿美元）的收购要约。该公司已完成对科思创主要工厂的实地考察，作为其深入验证性尽职调查的一部分，尚未发现任何危险信号。
