超千亿元！中东“土豪”拿下化工巨头科思创

10月1日，科思创正式发出公告，其与阿布扎比国家石油公司（ADNOC Group）旗下相关实体，包括ADNOC International Limited及其子公司ADNOC International Germany（以下简称“ADNOC”）签署投资协议。
该协议规定，ADNOC将以每股62.00欧元的价格公开收购科思创所有已发行股票，总价值约为117亿欧元（约913亿元人民币）。
同时，在交易完成后公司将增加10%股本（约1890万股），并在交易完成时，以要约价发行新股给ADNOC。这将进一步为科思创增加11.7亿欧元的收益。
因此，此次交易合并价值高达128.7亿欧元（合约1002.14亿元人民币）。此次收购完成后也将成为今年欧洲最大的并购交易案例。
