Digital Twin Transformation – How to leverage SIGMASOFT® simulation software to advance LSR injection molding processes toward a "Digital Twin" model, enabling process optimization to be shifted forward in the development cycle.
Defect Mechanism Analysis – From a simulation perspective, reveal the formation mechanisms and optimization pathways of defects in LSR molding, such as uneven mold temperature, flow imbalance, air entrapment, and insufficient vulcanization.
Efficiency Improvement – By identifying and avoiding defects in advance, significantly reduce mold trial-and-error costs and optimization cycles, thereby enhancing manufacturers' market competitiveness.
