Amcor Flexibles completes acquisition of Zhongshan Tiancai Packaging Company

Amcor Flexibles Asia Pacific announced on June 1 that it has completed the acquisition of Zhongshan Tiancai Packaging Company.
The transaction consists of one manufacturing plant specializing in printing and manufacturing multi-layer films for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical end markets in Guangdong.
Amcor now owns a total of 10 manufacturing plants in China following the acquisition.

As a market leader in flexibles packaging in China, it is also an opportunity for us to further build our innovation expertise and product offering for our customers," said Ralf K. Wunderlich, President of Amcor Flexibles Asia Pacific.
