The polyester recycling industry as part of material recycling and reuse helps to reduce the consumption of crude oil based plastic materials. The collected polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles as major raw material are under continuous development and change regarding availability, weight, shape, color, composition, labeling and combination with other polymers.
