Extrusion blow molding machinery manufacturer Kautex Maschinenbau, who has declared its German production site in Bonn to be insolvent since last year, found its new buyer.

According to German newspaper General-Anzeiger Bonn, the buyer is Jwell Machinery, the Chinese leading extrusion machinery manufacturer.

AndresPartner, a German consulting firm, stated that Kautex’’s Bonn site, with large proportion of current jobs (155 positions) retained, will continue its full operation under new management.

Based on an unnamed source, Adsale Plastics Network (AdsaleCPRJ.com) learns that this acquisition does not include Kautex's Shunde plant in China.
