cap compression moulding, is a specific technology for plastic thin-wall cap since 24 years ago from Europe.Its system is more simple: By resin extrusion and plasticization system, quantitive pellet is dropped in the plastic cap mould cavity, then is processed by clamping, cooling, and demoulding. Tamper Evident cap in ompression molding need a slitting device to process cutting, thus the gap between cap body and tamper band is less then injection cap, which is beneficial to reduce pollution.

Without hot runner,therefore less waste material inside the chamber in color changeover of caps.

Tight heating and cooling temperature gap contribute to less shrinkage and stable dimension of caps. All compression moulds are the same, there is nothing like peripheral, central, upper or lower moulds,with same molding path.

The machine makes soda and mineral water bottle caps from granular plastic raw material which is fed via the hopper, fluidized with high temperature, and then forms die block that is extruded from the discharge outlet of the extruder, cut with the cutting tray, uniformly distributed into each die cavity and finally mold pressed. Bottle caps made through this technique features superior internal face quality and beautiful appearance, and are free from injection point and flow waste.
