CHINAPLAS 2024 makes a real statement with 321,879 visitors

CHINASPLAS 2024 drew down its curtain yesterday (April 26) in Shanghai, China. The four-day mega plastics and rubber trade fair records a total number of 321,879 visitors.

 

The total no. of visitors for CHINAPLAS 2024 marks a significant increase of 29.67% when compare with CHINAPLAS 2023 (248,222) held in Shenzhen. Notably, there were 73,204 overseas visitors went to National Exhibition and Convention Center, Hongqiao (NECC), representing a phenomenal increase of 157.50% when compared with the 2023 edition.

Full house for inspiring concurrent events

 

In response to market demand and the drive to lead the sustainable development and upgrading of the plastics and rubber industries, an international industry conference, the World Trends & Plastics & Rubber Technology Summit, was hosted for the first time during CHINAPLAS. The summit served as a beacon of knowledge and inspiration for industry professionals navigating the complexities of the plastics industry.

Focusing on five different themes, leading companies in the plastics and rubber industries debuted their advanced technologies and products at Tech Talk.

 

The five themes were 3D Printing, Automotive Plastic Solution, Eco-friendly Solution, Advanced Packaging Solution and 2024 New Materials. There were more than 30 presentations this year, providing visitors an efficient way to obtain high-quality supplier resources.

At the Medical Plastics Conference, manufacturers of medical devices, consumables, and pharmaceutical packaging explored the top-notch material solutions and precision processing technologies, as well as engage in face-to-face information exchanges with industry professionals.
