Lubrizol introduces Sancure 20898 polyurethane dispersion (PUD), designed for packaging coatings and durable inks.

Lubrizol’s new Sancure 20898 polyurethane dispersion is ideal for hot stamp foil holographic packaging applications.

 

With an exceptional blend of hardness and flexibility, Sancure 20898 enhances the performance of coatings used in hot stamp foil (HSF) holographic packaging applications.

 

This new engineered polymer allows for high-quality finishes in applications where aesthetics and durability are paramount, making it ideal for premium packaging applications.

 

“This new polyurethane dispersion is engineered to withstand the harsh demands of embossing processes, such as holographic foils and high-gloss metallic finishes, offering an ideal blend of durability and flexibility that helps designs maintain their integrity,” said Miriam Peralta, global marketing manager from Lubrizol.

 

Lubrizol is committed to the ongoing advancement of technology meets and exceeds expectations of the industries and markets. The company’s latest innovations include dispersants, resins, wax additives, specialty additives, and color dispersions for coatings, inks, and composites.
