Kingfa launches recycling facility for plastic waste in Spain

Kingfa Sci.&Tech.'s Spanish subsidiary, recently inaugurated its chemical recycling facility located in Montalbo, Spain.


The facility is expected to achieve an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of high-performance recycled plastics, significantly boosting Spain's plastic waste recycling system.

Kingfa Spain's advanced recycling technology aims to unlock high-value circular utilization of plastic waste, marking a major breakthrough in circular economy infrastructure.

 

Additionally, Kingfa plans to expand its influence in the European market in the fields of plastic waste recycling, life cycle management, and low-carbon material solutions.

 

The Spanish subsidiary is also seen as a crucial step in Kingfa's "1438 Strategy," which targets achieving RMB 100 billion in revenue by 2030—10 billion from healthcare, 40 billion from green petrochemicals, 30 billion from new materials, and 80 billion from modified plastics.
