CHINAPLAS 2025 grandly opens! Welcomes 79,894 visitors on the first day
Yesterday (April 15), CHINAPLAS 2025 International Plastics & Rubber Exhibition grandly opened at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao'an)!
As Asia's leading plastics and rubber trade fair, the first day alone attracted 79,894 professional visitors. According to organizer, overseas visitors accounted for 22.85% on the opening day!








The exhibition showcases global-leading plastic and rubber materials, smart equipment and technical solutions, covering plastic packaging, automotive, electronics, medical, AI, low-altitude economy, humanoid robots and more, presenting cutting-edge industry innovations.

Through in-depth exchanges with exhibitors and technical observations on the opening day, the editorial team of Adsale Plastics Network identified several prominent technological trends at this year's exhibition: advanced development of high-efficiency eco-friendly materials and evolution of high-precision, intelligent processing technologies.
On the first day of the exhibition (April 15th), industry experts including Dr. Li Bo, Head of Non-Metallic Materials at GAC R&D Center; Wang Ren, General Manager of Beijing Shichai Environmental Consulting Co., Ltd.; Wang Jun, Assistant Professor (with PhD Supervision) in Advanced Materials Thrust at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou); and Ruan Wenhong, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Chemistry, Sun Yat-sen University, visited the booths of the following exhibitors.

SACMI showcased its new CCM capping machine, equipped with 64 cavities, capable of producing up to 2,850 caps per minute or 171,000 caps per hour with just 64 cavities.
Thanks to the synergy between the new machine and molds, the minimum cycle time can be reduced to 1.35 seconds. Nearly all CCM systems, including hydraulics and temperature control, have been upgraded, resulting in a 50% increase in production capacity compared to existing models of the same type.

Barnes introduced a new direct-injection side-gated hot runner nozzle, available in linear and circular layouts, suitable for syringes, caps, tubes, medical sharps, personal care products, packaging, electronics, and industrial components.
