Sanner launched an improved TabTec CR packaging solution, designed to enhance both safety and efficiency for oral solid dose (OSD) healthcare product manufacturers.

Child-resistant and easy to use

 

The optimized packaging features a visually appealing, patented and certified child-resistant design that prioritizes both consumer safety and convenience while creating shelf appeal for brand owners.

 

The push and flip opening and closing mechanism prevents accidental opening. The slim and appealing profile of the package enables patients to discreetly slide it into a pocket when using it ‘on the go’.

 

Combined with custom colors specific to product brands, TabTec CR stands out on the shelf, appealing to consumers both visually and in use.

 

Integrated desiccant ensures moisture protection

 

Its integrated desiccant technology also provides product stability, streamlines packaging processes, and improves operational efficiency.

 

TabTec CR integrated desiccant provides optimal moisture protection even for highly sensitive products, while ensuring shelf life and stability without interfering with product dosing.

 

Producers of OSD products can choose between base configurations filled with different desiccants – silica gel, activated carbon, molecular sieve, and blends – all can be used interchangeably with the same primary container.

 

Increasing overall line efficiency

 

TabTec CR is compatible with existing bottle filling and packaging lines. Its integrated desiccant increases overall line efficiency by eliminating the need for independent desiccant insertion. Moreover, its shape provides various options for labelling and secondary point-of-sale packaging.
