K 2025: WM Thermoforming Machines to run two machines
At K 2025, WM Thermoforming Machines will present two fully operational machines – steel rule die thermoformer and tilting machine with electrical cams – on its 349 m² stand.
The FX780 IM2 steel rule die thermoformer, integrating an Automatic In-line AI Vision Inspection System for quality control and the new DLifter in-line elevator, will be at the stand. The machine will produce XPP (expanded PP) food containers – a sustainable, customizable packaging solution designed for strength, insulation, and branding flexibility.

Another machine presented will be TWIST700 tilting machine with electrical cams, running with the new MSvS stacker. This machine features speed, precision and flexibility. At the K fair, the machine will produce rPET transparent juice cups, handled with ease thanks to MSvS stacking system.

Both machines stand out for their flexibility and offer a practical advantage for thermoformers using equipment from other manufacturers looking to switch to new technology without the need of tooling replacement.
WM Thermoforming Machines will also showcase significant updates to its user interface and machine software, developed to simplify operation, accelerate onboarding for new users, and increase overall process efficiency. The company also works on the integration of artificial intelligence into its systems to support smarter, real-time decision-making directly on the production line.
