For the first batch of new colors, BASF Coatings contributed throughout the entire process from R&D to mass production, providing full-layer coating solutions from e-coat, primer, basecoat to clearcoat.

These colors include “Velocity Red”, “Dawn Pink (Matte)”, “Nightfall Rose”, and “Buttercup Yellow”, along with the striking “Amethyst Purple” created using BASF’s dual-layer clearcoat technology for a crystal-like finish on Xiaomi’s custom models.
