Stavian signs MOUs with Starlinger and Amut for rPET plant in Vietnam
Stavian Recycling Joint Stock Company has signed Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with two leaders in plastic recycling technology – Starlinger & Co. GmbH and AMUT S.p.A. This marks a milestone in the implementation of the rPET Recycling Plant Project, located within the Stavian Recycling Complex in Nghi Son Economic Zone, Vietnam, with a planned annual capacity of 17,000 tons.

Under the MOUs, Starlinger will supply the recoSTAR PET ART line while AMUT will provide a washing line for post-consumer plastic materials, utilizing its most advanced technologies to ensure input quality that meets international standards.

This collaboration with two world-class technology providers demonstrates the strong commitment of Stavian Recycling to investing in cutting-edge solutions to produce high-quality rPET products that meet the most stringent export requirements and standards in Europe, the US and Japan.
With advanced technology and strong production capacity, the rPET Recycling Plant of the Stavian Recycling Complex is expected to create added value for the domestic plastic recycling industry, promote exports, generate employment opportunities, increase local budget revenues, and enhance Vietnam’s competitiveness in the global recycling sector.
