ENGEL’s all-electric machines for packaging and medical applications at Plast Eurasia

Nov 25, 2025

ENGEL will run two all-electric machines – e-mac 130 for medical applications and WINTEC e-win 1800 for the packaging market – at Plast Eurasia 2025 on December 3-6 in Istanbul, Turkey.

WINTEC e-win 1800 for Turkish premiere

Following its successful European premiere at K 2025, the WINTEC e-win 1800 will make its debut in Istanbul. This machine combines a compact footprint and high precision in one.

WINTEC e-win 1800 makes its Turkish premiere.

Its all-electric drives ensure high energy efficiency and exceptional process stability. The digital assistance system iQ weight control analyzes the filling behavior for every shot and adjusts the holding pressure curve in real time, resulting excellent part quality. This reliably compensates for fluctuations in material viscosity and reduces scrap by up to 50%.

At the exhibition stand, the 1,800 kN e-win demonstrates its performance capabilities by producing flip-top caps from random PP in an 8-cavity mold. Each shot weighs 32 grams, and the cycle time remains under 10 seconds.

Another highlight from ENGEL will be an all-electric ENGEL e-mac 130 injection molding machine with 1,300 kN clamping force producing pen needle shields from PP in a 96-cavity mold, with a part weight of just 0.14 grams and a cycle time of 6.2 seconds.

The extremely compact footprint of the e-mac, combined with the high-cavity mold, enables a very high production volume per square meter. The precise, servo-electric drives ensure consistently high part quality and cleanliness. ENGEL offers the machine with a comprehensive cleanroom package up to ISO Class 7, including stainless steel covers and an enclosed lubrication system.
