First BOPET line started in 2023
The first joint BOPET line at Dhunseri’s Panagarh site started operating in 2023. It features Brückner’s cutting-edge technologies such as the multi-gap MDO for high-temperature stretching and the advanced “FOK 8.8” sliding chain track system, ensuring high-speed operation and significantly reduced maintenance costs.
New investment: World’s fastest BOPET line
The new BOPET film production line operates at a constant production speed of 700 meters per minute. “Together, we are setting a new benchmark with the world’s first BOPET line designed for a production speed of 700 meters per minute – a true milestone for innovation and leadership in the industry,” said Johann Kreilinger, Head of Sales Middle East, Subcontinent & Africa at Brückner Maschinenbau.
This groundbreaking investment marks a technological milestone and reinforces the two companies’ commitment to innovation and excellence in the Indian BOPET market. The new line will set new standards for efficiency and productivity, with higher output with lower production costs.
