CHINAPLAS 2026: LIANSU to launch one-stop solution for high-speed pipe extrusion
Deeply rooted in the pipe extrusion equipment, LIANSU will launch one-stop solution for high-speed plastic pipe extrusion combined with digital management at CHINAPLAS 2026, which help customers achieve efficient production, energy saving, reduce consumption, and digital transformation to improve market competitiveness.
High-speed PVC pipe extrusion solution
The production line utilizes large 36 L/D parallel twin-screw extruder, equipped with Hengpu permanent magnet servo motor under LIANSU, featuring high-efficiency mixing, energy saving and stable operation.

The pipe head adopts two-stage flow divider cone design, resulting in low back pressure and no flow dividers. The extrusion feeding system is equipped with loss-in-weight feeders enabling accurate online control of weight per meter and mixing.
The extrusion line is configured with a Mini-IoT, meeting the requirements for efficient, high-quality, and digitized production management.
High-speed HDPE pipe extrusion solution
The extruder adopts large L/D 40H design. The bushing and barrel feature a spiral structure, enabling high-speed extrusion, precise temperature control, high output and low consumption.

Multi-layer co-extrusion pipe head with spiral runner design enables fast online color changing. It ensures uniform melt distribution and smooth inner pipe surface without melt marks or streaks, effectively shortening color change time and reducing material waste.
The extrusion line is also configured with a Mini-IoT, meeting the requirements for efficient, high-quality, and digitized production management.
High-efficiency PVC foam core pipe extrusion solution
Extruder adopts 36 L/D parallel twin screw extruders, with high output, low energy consumption, and excellent compounding and fluidity for high-viscosity materials.

The upstream of Extruder is equipped with 5+3 Mconvey loss-in-weight feeders ensure accurate material dosing, stable material conveying of for inner, outer and foaming layers without bridging and flushing.
IoT solution
This solution establishes an equipment data acquisition and analysis platform that seamlessly connects to all equipment along the extrusion line, including the main extruder, feeding system, traction system, and cutting system.

It collects key data such as operating status, process parameters, and energy consumption in real time. Through an intelligent analysis engine, it enables remote equipment monitoring, production efficiency analysis, fault early warning and prediction, and energy analysis and management.
